The newly renovated rooms are very nice, well decorated, great bathroom. Confortable over all. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. Love the breakfast area with a view of the city.

Service was excellent. Location is in a very nice and safe area. This is an upscale area of Caracas. Great restaurants and shopping close by.
